Ray Allen is a founding partner of Creative Direct LLC.

Ray is also a partner with Marcus and Allen, LLC, a political consulting firm that provides a full range of political consulting services, including general strategy, finance and grass roots lobbying.

Ray has been a political professional for over fifteen years. Having worked with the National Republican Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, the National Republican Governors Association, the National Republican Attorneys General Association, and successful Republican candidates for Senate, Governor, and Congress. Ray brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.

Prior to establishing Creative Direct, Ray held a variety of leadership positions, including Director of the Joint Republican Campaign (1995), Director of the Department of Professional and Occupational Reform (appointed by Governor George Allen, 1994,95), Political Director for George Allen for Governor (1993), Virginia Executive Director for Bush for President (1992), and Southern Field Director for GOPAC (1990).

Ray resides in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
